Fundamentals

New to Reformer Pilates? Returning to exercise after an injury? Pre or post-natal? Perhaps you simply want a session where you can truly connect your mind to the movements. This class caters for all abilities working the major muscle groups in flowing sequences.

Performing fundamental exercises will enable you to feel in control and confident discovering the reformer's versatility.

Renew

Our signature reformer class sequenced to engage your upper, mid and lower body through dynamic use of the reformer and small apparatus. With a focus on exercise ‘layering’, you will be challenged but in control of your intensity in any given session.

 

After 45 minutes, you’ll feel renewed, energised and leave with a real sense of achievement.

Elevate

Extend your Pilates practice with 45 minutes of intermediate-advanced exercises. A full body workout where you will advance fundamental movements and add more challenge with elements such as instability, increased joint range of motion, time under tension and strength sets.

Have fun discovering what you are capable of!

Sweat

A little bit of sweat with a whole lot of fun - expect a high intensity workout! Combining your favourite reformer flows and the use of jump boards and added load to improve your coordination and endurance. Gain the benefits of plyometric training with less stress on the joints.

 

Let the upbeat tunes motivate you through this invigorating workout!

Mat Pilates

A full body workout using your own body weight, often combined with props for added balance, strength and coordination challenges. In 45 minutes you will move your body through all three planes of motion resulting in increased joint mobility, muscle length and flexibility.

 

Discover how moving with control and purpose will optimise your body's alignment.

Stretch & Release

Roll out your mat, realign your body and reset your mind for a nourishing 50 minutes of dedicated full body stretching. Stretches will flow from one to another leaving you with a sense of spaciousness and fluidity.

 

You’ll be floating out of the studio feeling the benefits of increased blood flow, lengthened muscles and a clearer mind.

Mums & Bubs
6 week Program

Reintroduce movement, strength and self care into your week postpartum. Planned to enable you to connect back into your body with flowing sequences in a supportive environment. Exercises that focus on strengthening your pelvic floor and relieving all the physical demands of being a new mother. *insert sigh here*

Please note bubs must be at 'pre-crawling' stage for safety/supervision reasons.

Prenatal Reformer

Our Prenatal Reformer classes are designed for those in their second and third trimesters.

 

Find supportive movement as you progress through your pregnancy, relieve common areas of tension and strengthen the body in preparation for the physical demands of motherhood.

Surfer's Reformer

If you're keen to improve your paddling endurance, stay in the surf longer and ultimately catch more waves, these sessions are for you.

 

Using the versatility of the reformer this class aims to increase shoulder strength and endurance, improve balance and find ease in thoracic extension and rotation. You'll be popping up with ease and control in no time! Suitable for swell lovers of all abilities. 

Golfer's Reformer

Are you looking to enhance your golf game? A class designed to help you find a better position at the top of your backswing, mobilise your hips and increase balance and stability - ultimately improving your swing sequencing to generate more power. You'll leave feeling more confident and in control of your body, allowing you to perform with a greater level of consistency.

You might even shave a few strokes off your handicap!

Youth Reformer

Do you know a teenager who would benefit from the strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence outcomes of Reformer Pilates?

 

These classes are the perfect opportunity for young people to try something new in an inclusive, supportive and fun environment. For 45 minutes we'll focus on fun and finding flow on the reformer!
